A few readiness checks your browser can answer on its own. This is not a substitute for the Support Assistant — a web page cannot see your GPU driver, your FiveM install or your microphone permissions.
●Everything below is measured in your browser and stays there. This page has nowhere to send it: no endpoint on this site receives these results.
What this can and cannot tell you
It can check
- Whether this site is reachable and how long it takes to answer
- Rough latency and variation over several requests
- Your screen resolution and how many colours it reports
- Whether your browser is current enough for the tools we link to
- Whether your clock is roughly correct — a badly wrong clock breaks secure connections
It cannot check
- Your GPU driver, VRAM, or GTA V graphics settings
- Whether FiveM or GTA V are installed, or which version
- Your audio devices or microphone permissions
- Packet loss to the game server, or your DNS configuration
- Anything at all inside the game
The Support Assistant does all of those, locally.
