AGN Troubleshooter
FiveM · GTA V support

Download the AGN FiveM Support Assistant

A portable Windows diagnostic wizard. No installer, no administrator rights for normal scans, and no automatic upload. Unzip it, run it, read what it found.

Nothing is sent to AGN unless you choose Submit Report.

Current version: 1.2.0

Verify what you downloaded

Every official build is published with its SHA-256 checksum. Check it before running, especially if you got the file from anywhere other than this page.

In PowerShell:

Get-FileHash .\AGN-FiveM-Support-Assistant-v1.2.0.zip -Algorithm SHA256

How to run it

  1. Unzip the folder anywhere — your Desktop is fine.
  2. Double-click Start-AGN-FiveM-Support-Assistant.bat.
  3. Pick what is going wrong. It runs only the checks that matter for that.
  4. Read the results, then choose: copy, save, or submit. Or none of those.

Windows may warn about a file downloaded from the internet. That warning is normal for any unsigned tool; verify the checksum above, and only run it if it matches.

What it needs

  • Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
  • Windows PowerShell 5.1, which ships with Windows
  • No installation, no administrator rights for normal scans
  • No internet connection for the local checks. Only the optional AGN reachability test uses the network

One trusted location. troubleshooter.agnstaff.com is the official home for this tool. A GitHub release may mirror the same file for redundancy, but the checksum on this page is the one to trust. If someone sends you an “AGN tool” from anywhere else, do not run it.
