Graphics and performance
Frame rate, stutter, missing textures, drivers and displays. The AGN Balanced Graphics Check recommends settings — it never changes them for you.
Windows lost contact with your graphics card and reset it. That is a driver or hardware event rather than something inside the game.
Windows is drawing your screen with a basic fallback driver, not your actual graphics card. Nothing will run well until the real driver is installed.
FiveM's menus are drawn by an embedded browser, and some older AMD laptop graphics chips do not get along with it. This is a known FiveM-side problem.

Laptops have two graphics chips. Yours is currently using the low-power one for FiveM.
The game is running out of room for textures, or a file from the server did not arrive. Both look identical on screen.
Frame rate problems are either your settings, something else running on your PC, or the server being busy. The checks separate those three.
Graphics drivers get fixes for games regularly. A very old one is worth updating before chasing anything more complicated.
