AGN: it only happens on AGN, and nowhere else
If everything else works and only AGN does not, the problem is most likely something we added. Please do not reinstall anything yet — send us the report first.
What you see
- Other FiveM servers behave normally
- The problem reproduces on AGN, often at a place, in a vehicle, or when opening something specific
What usually causes it
- An AGN resource, a streamed asset, or an MLO
- A recent AGN deploy
- Content only AGN streams (vehicles, clothing, interiors, audio)
Worth checking first
- Confirm at least one other FiveM server works normally
- Pin down where and when: location, menu, vehicle, action
- Note whether other AGN players see it too
Safe steps, one at a time
- Do NOT reinstall FiveM or GTA V first. AGN-only symptoms are ours to investigate, and a reinstall costs hours and proves nothing
- Clear only the FiveM server cache once, in case a partial asset download is involved
- Send the report to AGN with the location, the action, and the time
These are suggestions, not instructions. Do only what you are comfortable with, back up anything important first, and stop if a step does not match what is on your screen. Advice, risk and responsibility.
When to stop and ask staff
Escalate all of these. If several players report the same location or asset, treat it as an incident and check the most recent deploy.
