Safe steps, one at a time
- Open a ticket with AGN staff
- Do not share passwords, tokens, or payment details in a ticket or a report — staff will never ask for them

When to stop and ask staff
Immediate, unconditional escalation. Automation must never state or imply anything about a player's ban status, account standing, or payment.
