DNS cannot resolve the server address
Your PC turns names like agnstaff.com into addresses using a DNS server. That lookup is failing.
What you see
- Connecting by name fails while other sites work, or nothing resolves at all
- Websites are slow to start loading but fast once they do
What usually causes it
- The router's DNS resolver is failing or slow
- ISP DNS outage
- A VPN or filtering service intercepting DNS
- A stale local DNS cache
Worth checking first
- Check which DNS servers the adapter is using
- Test whether other sites resolve
- Test on a phone hotspot to compare
Safe steps, one at a time
- Restart the router
- Flush the local DNS cache (ipconfig /flushdns) — this is safe and reversible
- Temporarily set a well-known public resolver on the adapter to test, and put it back afterwards if it makes no difference
- Turn off VPN or filtering software while testing
These are suggestions, not instructions. Do only what you are comfortable with, back up anything important first, and stop if a step does not match what is on your screen. Advice, risk and responsibility.
When to stop and ask staff
Not an AGN issue. Escalate to the player's ISP if only their network fails to resolve.

What staff will need
