What gets checked, and why
- Connected input devices
- Whether a menu is holding focus (described, not detected remotely)
- Recent script errors you choose to paste
These checks read information. They change nothing on your computer. Repairs are offered separately, one action at a time, and only after you confirm each one.

Known issues in this area (17)
This needs a person, not a diagnostic tool. Please open a ticket and a staff member will pick it up.
One of AGN's scripts has a typo and will not start. Staff have to fix the file.
If everything else works and only AGN does not, the problem is most likely something we added. Please do not reinstall anything yet — send us the report first.
This specific component needs a newer Windows 10 than the one installed. Updating Windows is the fix.
Another program has put the wrong version of a shared Windows file into a system folder, and FiveM is tripping over it. The fix is real but it involves a Windows system folder, so it is worth doing with someone rather than alone.
One AGN script needs another one that is not ready. Server-side.
Part of an AGN script did not get uploaded. Server-side.
A paid AGN resource could not verify its licence. Nothing on your PC is involved.
A menu kept control of your mouse and keyboard. Relogging frees it. Telling us which menu is what stops it recurring.
Windows could not load one of the shared components the game needs. It is a Windows-side problem, not a FiveM or AGN one.
A shared Windows component the game relies on is not installed. Microsoft publishes the installer for it.

Security software sometimes mistakes FiveM for something harmful because of how it loads into the game.
Windows and GTA V both need working room on the drive. When it runs out, symptoms look random.
FiveM and GTA V both require a reasonably current Windows. Very old builds stop being supported.
The script probably did what you asked but could not tell you so.
